Kevin Moore is a visionary leader and founder of Moore Creative Suite, bringing over two decades of experience in telecommunications and program management. His career journey includes influential roles at industry giants like Comcast, Cox Communications, and Microsoft, where he currently serves as an Engineering Technical Program Manager supporting Microsoft Federal Government Financials for the Central Finance Team (CFT).

He studied Management of Information Technology at the University of Georgia. Kevin’s professional path has been shaped by his passion for technology and his dedication to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) within corporate environments. He deepened his understanding of these crucial issues through an Executive Certification in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University, equipping him to drive meaningful change at every level.

During his tenure at Cox Communications, Kevin was a key figure in the Atlanta Diversity Council at Headquarters, where he contributed to employee advocacy and business strategies that championed inclusive practices. He also supported the Salute Employee Resource Group (ERG), supporting veterans and their families, and launched the HBCU Initiative, an intentional effort to diversify the talent pipeline for early career roles.

At Microsoft, Kevin continues his commitment to DE&I as the Co-Chair of External Partnerships for the HOLA (Hispanic & Latinx Organization of Leaders in Action) ERG and as a mentor for the BAM (Blacks at Microsoft) ERG. He dedicates his time to mentoring students in the Metro Atlanta area, helping them develop critical STEM skills to thrive in the tech industry. His passion for promoting DE&I extends beyond his corporate roles; Kevin serves on the boards of both WICT (Women in Cable Telecommunications) SE Chapter and NAMIC (National Association for Multi-ethnicities in Communications).

Driven by a mission to create equitable career opportunities and to close the gender pay gap, Kevin founded Moore Creative Suite to help professionals—especially those from underrepresented backgrounds—present themselves confidently in the competitive job market. He believes that everyone has a unique career story that deserves to be told with impact and authenticity.

Kevin resides in Suwanee, Georgia, with his wife, Shae, and their three sons: Gabriel, Ethan, and Mason. When he’s not helping others define their professional narratives, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family and engaging in community-building initiatives.
